Our Mission
We provide a gateway to conservatoire training for all and any performers who would struggle to access it (drama schools) otherwise.
Following a L4 inspired programme of study via a producing repertory theatre company model at minimal cost to the learner.
We create innovative and challenging work for audiences aged 14+ to support their educational studies through inspiring productions and wider exposure to theatre and drama styles.
There is a massive decline in working class talent wanting to take part.

Our reasoning
There has been a 48 % decline in A Level Drama entries since 2010,
GCSC drama entries have halved in the last 15 years and there is a decline in specialist drama teachers in school
